TeamFirst


TeamFirst is a thriving platform that hosts events, supports recruitment, and connects top bilingual talent with industry leaders to shape a better future in Japan.

They felt they had outgrown their branding and were looking to completely rebrand as they grew their company, team, and offerings. Through a series of workshops, we were able to hone in on what set them apart from other companies in the same space.

A community-first approach was at the center of the design ethos and guided the creation of the logomark. Each of the four spheres symbolizes individuals coming together, and at their intersection, a spark ignites. This spark represents the magic of connection, collaboration, and growth, the core pillars of TeamFirst.

Using the logo as inspiration, we created a visual brand language that could be used in numerous ways: website illustrations, event graphics, brand marketing, and more. The color palette exudes assurance and trust while remaining fresh. Lastly, the typeface has resounding clarity, while maintaining the perfect amount of quirk and personality to convey their brand voice.
