UNPLAN KAGURAZAKA
Alongside YL Projects, we designed a unique guidebook that showcases UNPLAN’s favorite neighborhood food spots, spanning old-world charm to new wave culinary destinations. The concept is a “build your own guidebook,” allowing visitors to collect individual pages and bind them together for their own personalized exploration of the area.
The design direction centers on understated sophistication. We created 24 unique hand-drawn digital illustrations inspired by each location's offerings, with a special focus on the food, as it often plays a key role in visitors’ choices. We also developed a clean layout that emphasizes the illustration and shows the content in a clear way.
